Mental Health Charters
Last year for Children's Mental Health Week, each year group read the book Everybody Worries and used this is a way to introduce our mental health, how to deal with worries and how to look after our mental health. We learnt that everyone has worries and that it is extremely important that we share them. We also learnt how to promote good health, looking after our minds. Every year group created their own charter which outlines how they will look after their own mental health.
